Performance data ±5% tolerance. Based on 20°C suction gas temperature, without liquid subcooling.
Compressor must run as per operating instructions issued by Freezeking.
Use suction accumulators for compressor safety.
Avoid Compressor Overheating or liquid slugging.
Suction Pressure regulate may be required for low temperature use.
Interpolation is allowed. Extrapolation Outside table boundary is not allowed.

SALIENT FEATURES

Crank Case

Produced with closed grained Graded Cast Iron under strict quality control. High pressure tested at 500 psig to ensure zero leakages. Precision machined on multi-axis boring machines and honed to fine tolerances of 5 microns.

Valve Plates & Valve Reeds:

Plates ground to a super finish for maximum efficiency. Valve reeds of Hardened and Tempered Special Stainless Steel imported from world-renowned manufacturer for superior performance at high compression ratios and minimum power consumption.

Piston & Rings

Aluminum alloy pistons designed for low power consumption and oil-free compression. Fitted with hardened and ground piston pins and special piston rings for high efficiency and long working life.

Oil Seal

Latest mechanical oil seal design. Tried and tested for high reliability and long life.

Crank Shaft

SG Iron as per IS Standards. Hardened. ground and dynamically balanced for smooth operation at high speed.

Connecting Rode

Forged High Strength Aluminium as per IS Standards. Precision machined with diamond tooling for extra fine finishing and Accuracy.

Testing

Compressor undergoes rigorous running tests, pressure tests and leakage tests to ensure efficiency and reliability.
